The location is perfect, in the middle of old town Matera, right at the Piazza Duomo. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay

There is no aircon because the apartment is in a very old building. There was a fan in each room

"A beautiful apartment right in the Sasso."

The location was fabulous!! Right next to Basilica di Matera and an amazing view point. Our host Gino was incredibly gracious and helpful. Even providing us with fresh milk and focaccia on arrival. Gino checked in with us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and to offer his assistance/recommendations. There was juice and small baked goods supplied in the kitchen for us to start the day. Apartment was clean and well organised. Comfortable beds and pillows.
