XX Settembre Matera - Apartment

The location and cleanliness.

What a gem, we were travelling with adult children and it was spacious and we had seperate bathrooms (only downside, one bathroom only has a bath/no shower). Excellent location, very clean, fabulous sitting area and balcony to sit out on. Very central and easy walk to Sassi and centre. We parked the car in the garage provided and didn’t need to use it. Dominico was excellent, he provided great directions and met us as arranged, we can not fault this place.

Nothing to not like. Wish we had booked for longer.

There were four of us, so we have all apartament which was huge with two bathrooms. Sassi Matera just around the corner :)

Good location and spacious apartment. Domenico, the host, was friendly and helpful.

Even though there is a kitchen, you can’t use it.

The apartment is located close to the historical downtown on rather a busy street.

The apartment is huge, centrally located. The garage is 1 minute away from the apartment. Domenico is an excellent host.

The apartment is HUGE and extremely CLEAN! Perfect for a family trip in the center of Matera. We liked that we didn’t book anything in the old city center, since here we were 5min away by foot from it, but also had our car parked in a garage near by.

A bit outdated, but since it is very clean and the bedrooms are renovated, I would say that shouldn’t worry you.
