Imperio.Res - Near to Jonker & Mall - Pool View

Everything was perfect.. requested for early check in n the agent, Edmund was very helpful.. room was spacious for me.. very clean.. had a lovely time soaking in the tub.. will be staying here again whenever I need me time and to relax...

The pool was great. The unit has a bath tub. The futon bed is comfy. The TV and wifi connection were good. The kitchen is usable to reheat food. The washing machine and freezer are all in good condition.

The floor, when we checked in, looks like it was mopped by a dirty mop - very sticky and we can see the dirty water stain due to the mopping. The floor on the balcony also was not properly cleaned.

checkin instructions was good. room was ok...clean, a little bit smelly but acceptable.

scary building and parking conditions. no convenience store facilities. dirty swimming pool with full of moss. expectation below for the price per night. not sure will come again thank you.
