"Dirty, overpriced and the feeling of being unsafe!"

Beside the location, nothing I liked about the property

The property is misrepresented and overpriced. It was dirty, scum in the shower and dingy. Everything falling apart in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Even the front door needed maintenance. If I could have canceled I would have. Staff did not respond to calls and messages.

"Old and feels like everything is about to fall apart anytime soon. Management staff was not responsive."

Location is central

Everything was falling apart. Bed was broken and tilted one side, shower head was broken, wifi was not working. Everything is old inside the apartment.

"Great value for the money."

Very convenient to all locations in BGC. Place was clean and maid was very responsive. Very cold air conditioning. Clean sheets and towels. Apt came with a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. Plenary of food shops around if you need something to eat.

Unfortunately there was no internet access

"Everything is fine if you are looking for an affordable place to stay."

LOCATION is great! It’s near to everything. I also like that it has a washer & dryer inside the unit.

The shower is dirty with black molds, yellowish scabs in between the tiles & soap residue all over the tiles & faucet. I am very particular with the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular.
