dodgy! the first time I booked things seemed well inplace, plus it's near the shops.. all went well until I tried to use the water kettle .. when I did, I was aghast to find out, it's been unwashed (perhaps for days).. brownliquid with those tiny insects inside! the 2nd time I bookd with pbby (the renting mgmgnt with units) they put me in a unit where the toilet was clogging & the air in the unit seems unhelathy as I started having a blocked nose & sneezing .. suspected someting was up with the AC-- the room defly was not v clean as there's lots of dust in the shelves .. had to cut my stay and decided to leave.. requested for transfer to another unit and they did nto get back to me... mayb other units are better? I dunno, but make sure to check everything in the room first before handing in ur deposit (3,000 php)

Cockroaches, many.

Location is close to a lot of things. Unit was tidy and nicely decorated. Great view of the city and the bay from the window. Well stoxked kitchen with everything you need if you want to go downstairs to the savemore and buy groceries to cook. Having a Savemore on the ground floor as well as a couple of places to eat was pretty sweet.

Saw a fair bit of roaches, but that's more of an issue with the building itself than the unit. The unit itself was clean and was outfitted with bug spray. And never had any critters crawling on me. Walking across the street can be a hassle due to the heavy traffic, but still manageable. The wait for the elevator at certain times was painful. This was easily the biggest gripe I had.

It was really comfortable and clean, complete kitchen utensils, accessible to the supermarket downstairs. Definitely, i will comeback again.

The Owner of the unit has no consideration at all! I booked 2 rooms, one with balcony and other has no balcony... He charged me +1200 higher than what was in booking com just because of the balcony! My booking has no balcony but he charged me with balcony saying theres no other room! WHAT A LIE!! I just cant debate with the representative coz I have 2 seniors with me and i dont want them to get stressed out! The owner even said to FIND ANOTHER PLACE on the last minute and I already was charged by booking com! Place was very small and unreasonable!! This was a nightmare and owner was so Greedy!!!!

I booked a room via Airbnb but when with the host I tried to register I was told that we would need to surrender our passports to the management for the duration of the stay. I had offered certified colour copies of passports and drivers licences as well as presenting passports. The copies were declined. Identity theft, fraud and extortion scams for return of passports occurred to me. I informed AirBnB. Waiting for a response.
