If you arrive at Manila late at night, these condos are an easy walk from terminal 3 and are ideal for a one or two night stay. We've stayed here at least four times now and will continue to do so. 100% satisfaction!

"Noisy, used unit, wont stay again. Sorry to have to say that .."

Near T3, firm matresse , early check this time , safe area, friendly staff .

Used unit (8M )not the one as advertised on the picture .. ( they have 4 units on the 8th floor; units 8M and 8V are very near to a main road) Noisy heavy traffic; dificult to rest in the afternoon but get bit better at night. Smells of old fried food, poor clean level overall; get a simple fork who was discusting dirty. Noisy cheap new aircon unit with no ventilation ajustment option. No free netflix. Some repairs next door bang bang hammer. Check in time start at 3:00pm. Check out before 11:00 am.
