Penthouse suite at Porto Vita Towers in Cubao Quezon City

The apartment is neat and we like its proximity to shopping areas. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything one might need. Communication with the host is fantastic. She even obliged us late check out without pay. We will surely visit again

I believe the Location was the highlight of this place. We were close to everything so it made it easy to shop for food to prepare and in general most shopping was close by. The other highlight in a way was that it was a full kitchen where we could save on cooking for ourselves.

1. This location was not fully accurate based on the pictures. We got to the location and the very first thing was the size, but this was not the worst as the first things we saw were cockroaches roaming around in the dining area and bathroom in the first floor. 2. We all got somewhat sick from staying inside, when I went to look at the AC units I saw so much dust in the filters that this made me weary of turning them on too much as it was blowing dirty air inside but due to it being in the top floor the heat was unbearable. 3. Stairs were a bit small for what I am used to but that is minor compared to the previous two points above. We believed we had gotten a great deal and the communication with the owner was great, not his fault but this place needs more upkeep from the housekeeping as well as maybe not have a "cockroach trap" and have this be inspected and taken care of for those bugs. I felt disappointed and the main highlight did not outweigh the overall disappointment in how the place was overall.

lovely peaceful view from balcony, fitted 3 quiet well. has one double ensuite room and two single bed rooms upstairs and the kitchen and lounge downstairs. security at the front, location is quiet good close to malls 7/11 downstairs, and jollibees and 24 min drive from Makati.

unfortunately during our stay we had issue with plumbing that was resolved in 2 days. we were always informed of the maintenance works which was good communication.

I like the Neatness , comfortability and the widen of space ,and very accessible to everything close by what ever you need around.

Well nothing is perfect but a little improvement to make the stay much comfort without the interruption of your daily busy activities,well I guess things happened in the most least expected.
