USLocation was good. Close to SM Shopping. Food is not a problem. It’s also not too far to the airport and other Manila attractions. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The guards were courteous.
Found a few bugs crawling on the walls.
GBIt was surrounded by beautiful gardens and located right across the mall.
I wish the room was bigger.
GBI was not particularly a fan of the shower curtain but I liked the floor protectors in the bathroom as it saved me from stepping on a wet floor after the shower. There were enough hangers provided in the cupboard. Comfy bed and pillows.
I wasn’t impressed on my first visit as after checkin there Was an electrical problem with the fuse box but owner quickly resolved this the following day. Although, I couldn’t stay on the first night as it was dark and had no AC or fan to use. I was compensated with a free night in the end.

PLTidy and comfortable unit, with beautiful window view and aircon (which is a lifesaver for those not used to tropical climate). Good location - quiet neighborhood, easy access to commute, close to SM Southmall and some convenience stores, abundance of restaurants and food stalls. The hosts are nice and helpful, responses quickly to any questions or concerns :D
