"Wenn Meran, dann würde ich jederzeit dieses Apartment anmieten."

Das Apartment selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist neu, luftig und angenehm zweckmäßig. Vor dem Haus geht es durch ein Tor, runter in die Tiefgarage in eine eigene Garage. Von dort mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt vor die Wohnungstür. Bis in die Stadt sind es grade einmal 5 Minuten Fussweg. In der unmittelbaren Nähe ist alles an Geschäften zu finden: Bäcker, Frisör, Fleischer und ganz wichtig….ein Weinhandel 😉

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

"Schönes Appartement, nicht ganz ruhige Lage im Zentrum."

Kontakt war sehr nett, unkompliziert und effizient. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde nachgefragt ob alles passt, danke. Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung, fast alles was man braucht. Dank "aktiver Belüftung" (Minergie, heisst das in der Schweiz) konnten die Fenster Nachts geschlossen bleiben.

Die Wohnung liegt halt keine 10 Minuten vom Zentrum zu Fuss, Verkehrslärm gehört halt dazu, dazu das Thema oben, "aktive Lüftung". Haben wir zu Hause auch, passt. Das einzige was "fehlte" was eine Nespresso Maschine :-), wir haben unsere eigene, Kleine mitgenommen, Achtung Stromstecker.

"Supertolle Woche in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung"

Tolle Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Zentrumsnah, In der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei und einen Supermarkt. Obwohl die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt ist vom Verkehrslärm überhaupt nichts zu hören.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gross. Sie ist in einer gute Lage. Zum Stadtcentrum zu Fuss ist es ca.10.Min. zum Bahnhof ca. 15 Min. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Die Wohnung ist in einer stark befahrenen Strasse. In der Nacht ist es auch laut. Wenn man die Fenster schliesst hört man fast nichts mehr.
