Bed soft. Appliance was nice.

The floor is cringe uneven and moving and un even toilet was leaning.. left ya nail on the floor by the hole n the closet. No TV n my rooms had to go straight to sleep. Legs on the chair backwards as f! I fell bc they leaned when I leaned to get up fix that! AC unit weird n room

The bathroom was clean except for the bathroom window and the green/black mold. Floor boards behind the toilet was really dusty. I really enjoyed the Apt

"The Flats on Florida Street"

The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Mardi Gras. Although located on a somewhat busy street, it was not an issue.

The apartment was nice. It could use some updates of the furniture, appliances, bathtub, and tv with better channel/streaming options. The tv remotes were difficult to operate (need new ones) and the batteries were dead.

The mattress was a little soft for my preference but that’s because I’m old and I had to have something to put in this space

"It was worth it will definitely come back again next we’re around Mobile"

It’s clean and good size for a family The area is peaceful and it’s 2 mins away from Publix I love it.

It’s the smell there’s a little smell but the good thing is we brought some air fresheners and it was a little musky but overall it’s good.
