communication was terrible, incredibly hard to even get into property due to security guards speaking no English and unhelpful. owner of unit too hard to communicate with would not accept calls only wanted to communicate through WhatsApp!!! had to find peoples who could translate to actually get anywhere

The pool

1. Stuck at the lift during check-in bcos too many people n lift available is very limited.....near 5pm only can check-in. But during checkout, the staff kept on forcing me to check-out by 11am. No consideration 2. No amenities supplied in room 3. Cleanliness very bad
