Only the internet is good compared previous stay. The rest is as normal as it should. Nothing good. Not as per advertised.

The room was not as advertised. Very bad.have to queue almost an hour at the owner's lane and staff have halted my access due to different names registered earlier for one of the access cards. My other kids had already entered the waterpark but they asked to call him while waiting at the counter. Informed to the admin GGM, but as usual they put blame on the customer as they have already sent bunches of small line instructions?and expect us to read and remembered everything at once!!!. They should not need to treat a customer like an intruder.waste of money. Previous waterpark management was better! The room...hmmm..total disaster..The Jacuzzi and its heater were not functioning as it should i.e broken water heater, not able to be filled. Toilet door stuck and very hard to closed. Used water bucket to hold the door while doing bussiness inside toilet and shower. Way below my expectation as i have dealt with GGM since 2023. My very worst experience ever!

Location is far from Town Surrounding the stay don't have food court Parking area to dark at night The theme park is not so attractive and doesn't have other activities Outside of building so much trash and broken things

The property is good, clean and comfortable. The staff also good and quick response. Hope I can stay here again on my next trip. Thank you 😊
