The apartment is excellent in every sense. The furniture in the apartment is fantastic (antique). The beds are very comfortable, both in the bedroom and in the children's room where they have 2 separate beds. Air conditioners are installed in both rooms. WI-FI is excellent with a "mobile pock" so you can be connected the entire time you stay and outside the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need for a family of four. From the kitchen there is an exit to the outdoor terrace where you can have morning and afternoon coffee, and in the evening a drink. The landlady is hospitable, entering the apartment and collecting the keys was very easy, they explained everything to us immediately upon arrival + they speak English. As for the location, the apartment is located in the center. The building is on the main street, but the building is positioned so that there is no noise. There is a bus stop that leads directly to Venice a 2-minute walk away, so you can be at Piazza Roma in about 15 minutes. The bus ticket is purchased on the bus with a bank card. Across the street is a mini market with basic necessities. If you want to visit Venizia, this apartment is a fantastic place to stay. The only thing I would mention, which is not in a negative context, is that I would not recommend the apartment to a family with small children. The furniture is valuable and the racks have a lot of glass and glass figures. I would just make sure the kids didn't accidentally break something. That would not be good for either the guest or the landlady.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment! The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The secure parking was a great convenience, and the location was ideal – just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting to Venice quick and easy (only about 10 minutes). The combination of comfort, convenience, and proximity to Venice makes this apartment a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Now this is a place where I would (hopefully will) return to. A spatious apartment with style and charm, combination of vintage and modern, warm and quiet, clean and equiped with all kinds of facilities, with a terrace to have coffee at, comfortable mattresses (exactly medium in softness), desk for laptop work. There is a transport stop with regular buses to Venezia just 2 min. from the place, as well as little shops nearby, bigger supermarket at about 8-10 min. distance, a pharmacy and a cozy café/bar across the street. The host was wonderful - she waited for us even 'tho we got delayed at the airport due to luggage issues and then greatly helped us with said issues. I definitely recommend this place! 💜

The neighbourhood is not the best.

Great location, 2 min to bus station and 15 to Venice. Cozy and spacious apartments. Helpful hostesses. Thank you for the fun experience.
