The owner is very kind and attentive and quick to reply and answer all questions patiently

The room is spacious for us 5 member family to stay in during our staycation. The process to get inside the house also smooth, the security is nice and easy to find the parking.

The house is not really well-maintained. The cushion on the sofa is really in bad shape like no one ever washed it. And then we cannot turn on the TV as the TV seems to be malfunctioned or might be we just did not know how to open it as the tv is quite old. There are no wifi provided. Then, there is an old bed frame left on the balcony which make it looks kind of spoil. Owner also didn't prepare any instant coffee/tea. Btw, even if the house is near with the centre of Melaka, you need to take a long route just to to go out from the apartment as the apartment locked the small gate in front of the big road. So, we need to go to the centre by car.

Overall our vacation/stay at this place was awesome.Everything was nice, tidy and clean. Near to mall & another facilities.

Maybe can put another 1 unit air cond at living room

The owner very friendly, super efficient, very polite too.
