Nice and cozy! Locations is convenient, it’s just opposite of Makota medical Center. Nice stay!

The location is good, just opposite the Melaka Parade, which can directly walk over to Jonker Street

The super jam at that area due to one way direction only

✅️Hassle-free - The owner has provide a set of instructions to follow and guide through on how to retrieve the keys. We've been provided free parking (at level 1) and they were very fast in replying my inquiries. ✅️Accomodating - Since our dad needed to rest a little bit early (he has medical issues), the owner was very kind to let us check-in earlier. Altough it's understandable that they needed to wait until the previous customer to check out first, but they were very fast to clean the room and let us check in earlier than the stated time. ✅️Location -The location was very superb. Just need to go to the G floor and from there it took about 10mins to Mahkota Parade's back entrance (we're slow walking) and the block is the closest to the small gate to go there. The pool also very close to the block's lif and you need to just pass-thru small golf courses (take us about 1min to reach pool from the lif) ✅️Apartment properties - The apartment has Netflix which is great! A lot of movie to choose and the wi-fi is pretty strong too. They also provide iron & iron board, hairdryer, and most importantly, the aircond and the water heater can be use without problems. Owh, they provide 6 clean towels and 6 hangers for us to use. Instant coffee, teabags and sugar and 2 bottle of drinking water were also provided. ✅️Cleanliness - Overall the apartment is very clean, the table and floor is not sticky and not dusty (I have a very sensitive nose so if I'm not sneezing, it's not too dusty). My opinion? - This apartment is worth the price and I recommend you guys to stay here!

🥲 The pool - Maybe the apartment management (not the apartment owner's fault) does not really managing their pool since it's water was pretty cloudy, but not too dirty that cause it is unbearable to swim in it (mind you, I go to the pool at 0900 hours) 🥲 The mattress - One of the mattress has a dent on it (at the side, around legs area) maybe due to spring on that side is broken) causing a little bit uncomfortable. But all is fine, sokay.
