Ótimo localização. Tudo que é necessário para cozinhar durante uma estadia

Nao há lavandaria nas proximidades. As cobertas da cama eram capas de edredão. A roupa de cama era fina e a cama desconfortável. Passamos um dia com a janela do quarto sem abrir por causa de uma avaria.

اولاً الشقة في بوكنق بعدد 2 غرف و2 حمام وفي الحقيقه عدد 1 حمام والباب لا يغلق والمغسله تفيض بالماء وثانيا يوجد حشرات والنظافه سيئة وصاحب الشقه غير متعاون ابداً وغير مهتم ابلغته بأنني وجدت عقرباً ساماً في الشقه ولم يهتم بذلك

The place is really nice, well decorated with air-conditioning, and the view is beautiful It's got a private car park which is a must in the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to Lugano and surroundings or going to Italy.

Communication with the owner is a problem - takes days to get an answer. The property is described wIth a private garden and accepting dogs, but the garden is shared and dogs are not allowed. This was a major disappointment as I've repeatedly asked for a private garden for my dog, and got confirmation it was private... but not saying it was shared and not even allowed... We had to take the dog out on the leash all the time instead of leaving it free in the garden. The pictures on the description are from multiple flats, and you can hardly tell exactly the one you'll get. There was no microwave in the place, which can be annoying when traveling as a family (it was not listed in the description, but assumed this to be a basic setting). One of the 2 bedrooms had no curtains nor shutters, making it quite light very early.

Fabuleuse vue sur le lac, accès facile à la baignade et à la relaxation par le biais d’un ponton et d’un carré de jardin privé, garage privé extérieur en face de l’appartement, terrasse de l’appartement numéro 5 très agréable face au lac, appartement propre et fonctionnel, quartier paisible et assez proche du centre de Lugano en voiture. Par ailleurs la logeuse Giulia est extrêmement prévenante et réactive, flexible et à l’écoute du bien-être de ses locataires !

Il faisait très chaud dans le salon à cause de la canicule mais Giulia a réussi à nous fournir un ventilateur supplémentaire très rapidement, merci encore !
