The place is spotless and beautifully decorated and its very homey when we stepped in. I love the host and the staff! They are very friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

Nothing. Although the contact person (Ms. Mina) is friendly and accommodating.

it feels unclean, no tissue, no blanket. Also saw some small roaches roaming around. It was so uncomfortable I had to move to a proper hotel for a small difference in price but big difference in comfort and location.

"Disgusting and full of pest!!"

It is very unclean and needs to be fully disinfected. The room,kitchen, toilet and even the cabinets have a lots of cockroaches. I informed the owner of the property but the response is very slow and inconvenient. I ask for a refund,as we are planning to transfer to a proper hotel but being told that they can only offer us to be transferred to a different room or to clean our room. We choose to change the room, but being told again that someone already occupied the room and the only thing that they can do is to clean the room, which we have no choice than to agree. After the cleaning, there is still a cockroaches appearing,specially to the toilet and it is really disgusting!!. The staff is not very friendly and told us that it is the first time that it happened, but upon reading the reviews, it is the same complaints. I did regret that I didn’t read it before booking, I only check the pictures and it looks nice, but it is so deceiving, as they have false advertisement and the place is very different compare to the pictures that shown in the booking.com. In addition to that, their elevator does malfunction and the fire exit is lock. I informed the guard and ask for their number, but they said that there is no security hotline and the reason why does the elavator is not working is because they are changing turns, as they can only operate 1 elavator for the whole building and have the capacity of 6people. I hope that the LGU or the DTI should escalate this matter, as it is affecting the health and security of the occupants.
