Отличная просторная квартира, легкий заезд, парковка в двух шагах. Высоченные потолки! Есть лифт, что удобно с вещами. Очень удобно для посещения терм Мерано и ботанического сада Траутсмандорф.

Не хватает кондиционера.

-It has a great location, a small walking distance to the center. Also it is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket 5 min. away. -Nadia was very friendly and she got us Apfelstrudel as a welcome present. -The apartment has an arrangement with the city and you get free public transportation during your stay. -Everything looked very cleaned and you have everything you could possibly need, like hair dryer, kitchen utensils, washing machine, extra blankets, etc.

-Nadia shared the location of the place where you have to bring the garbage, I did not understand that because it is not in the building. I am sure it is a city disposition but when I am on holidays I do not want to be thinking about taking the trash out. It would be better to have labeled bins so you can sort everything out and after you leave the person cleaning the apartment is taking it out. -It would be better to enter a pin in order to access the building because when there is someone waiting for you at a specific hour you cannot stop worrying about getting late. I cannot know in advanced if there is going to be a setback.
