Dauphin District Darling #4 Downtown, Dining

Nice sized apartment.

Further from Dauphin than the map indicates.

We literally loved EVERYTHING about the apartment. It was so comfortable and cozy. Those beds were sooo amazing & I didn't want to get up to do anything the next day, but of course I did! It was so pleasant and relaxing and will definitely be booking again when I go back to Mobile. My family and I hated to leave. Great job and thanks for having us.

There wasn't anything major that I didn't like, but I would say that it would've been cool with a TV in the bedroom.

I was very disappointed didn't not go inside. My husband and I left as soon as we arrived. The area had little to no street lighting, the yard was not kept and there were broken down cars next door. There was also an empty house next door. The overall area did not produce a sense of safety. The property was not what it appeared to be online when I booked it. House was just not for me, when traveling out of town. Needless to say, I lost my room fee due to the last-minute cancelation but if I would have received the address to the location sooner instead of 2 hours before arriving this decision would have been made much earlier. I receive the address to the property two hours before arriving leaving virtually no chance to investigate the property or to cancel according to their policies.

Steps going to top floor were too steep for my mom.

The apartment itself was cute and the bed was comfortable.

1. Put it in the advertisement that it is located up a long, steep staircase so people with mobility issues will not book it. 2. Make sure the AC works in July in Mobile. It should not be 76 at 9pm inside. 3. Make sure the bath tub works. Not everyone likes showers. 4. When a customer informs you of problems, actually do something about it. Check on the AC. Maybe don’t solve the bath tub issue with a very cheap and misshapen stopper that doesn’t actually work. 5. Follow up with customer and show care for their discomfort so they don’t leave a day early because they haven’t slept all week.

Great location in a nice and quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown city. Apartment was well maintained,clean, comfortable and had all basic amenities.

Outside of house and entrance can be made more appealing. The front garden was full of weeds and our first impression of the house was not the best, but the apartment was great.

The location was great. Able to walk to a lot of places. I really liked the set up of the apartment. surprisingly spacious.
