Lage perfekt

Schlechte Matratze ist sehr durchgelegen und grenzwertig, der Toilettendrücker fällt auseinander. Bei diesem Preis sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass regelmäßig die Matratze getauscht wird und kleine Reparaturen vorgenommen.

Het appartement en de ligging zijn absoluut uniek en biedt alles wat je kan wensen. Woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met prima bed, redelijke wifi, wasmachine, parkeerplaats, ruime tuin met veel privacy en groen. En natuurlijk front row aan het meer waarbij zelfs het eigen plekje en parasol op het terras zijn gereserveerd. Vanaf het terras stap je via een comfortabele trap zo in het water of je supboard. Ook aan loungestoelen is gedacht. De dagelijkse boodschappen en een prima keuze aan restaurants vind je op een paar minuutjes lopen. Ook de rondvaartboot kan je met enkele minuten lopen bereiken. Het uitzicht is ook nog eens fenomenaal en je kan in de omgeving mooie (berg) wandelingen maken en ook fietsen. Alle ingrediënten dus voor een fantastische vakantie.

Er waren wel wat puntjes die ons toch tegenvielen. Meest belangrijke was dat het logischerwijs druk was op het terras en we tussen de voortdurend schreeuwende kinderen zaten. Heel begrijpelijk dat kinderen het geweldig vinden om de hele dag bommetjes te doen, maar verwacht dus geen heerlijk rustig dagje aan het meer. Verder was de bank in de woonkamer niet te doen en werd de koelkast niet echt koud.

This is our second time here. The location is amazing, with brilliant views from the window and the small garden of the lake. Communications from Marina were excellent. Clear and concise in both German and English. The rooms had everything you needed including 2 sets of.towels, 2 toilet rolls and cleaning products, plates, cutlery, pans etc. all you need is food. There is a washing machine in the apartment and a nice double shower. This villa has a side area with a BBQ and a table and 4 chairs round the side with a view of the mountains behind. The bedroom has a TV and you are able to access YouTube and Amazon prime / netflix without a problem as the internet was fast and stable. There were about 10 hangers in the multiple wardrobes and many games to keep kids attentive if required. We really want to come back again and would definitely take the 1 bedroom lake view villa again. The area is perfect for exploring the lake, many shops, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. We were only 2.5 hrs drive from Venice and 2.hrs.on the train to Milan. The mountains to the north have some amazing lakes and interesting twisty roads.the ferry is just down the road and this takes you across the lake or further up the lake if you so wish.

Squeaky fold out sofa in the living room. Parking was quite tight although everyone was very careful and it was never a problem. Google maps says the location is the next road down.

The apartment has everything required and the location is awesome, directly on the lake Iseo with a beautiful view on two islands. The grocery store, ice cream parlours, bars, Pizzerias and restaurants are in walking distance and others are easily to reach by car or bike.

Time was too short
