Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, gutgeschnittene, sehr saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Durch neue Fenster besser isoliert als im letzten Jahr (s.u.).
