Being near a road.

The owner of the place is so so kind. She created a home atmosphere which you can feel. She has made a warm welcome with some baverages and also which was super kind, she gave us a little jar of honey when we were leaving. And what's more, she has a very beautiful garden where you can seat and eat breakfast:) Thank you!

Amazing place of Matala. Very good quiet locality of Garden Rooms in Matala, near center, not far from the beach, beautiful cosy appartment. And very nice and kind helpful landlady. We enjoyed the stay in Garden Rooms very much! And we do hope to return back soon again!

The location was very good, close both to the city center as well as to all the local beaches. The apartment was very cozy and fully equipped with everything one might need. I enjoyed the small balcony and the mountain view. I have read comments saying that it may be noisy but, personally, I didn't think that the apartment was noisy at all. Regular cleaning of the room and changing of bedsheets and towels. The owner is very friendly and hospitable! If I visit Matala in the future I am definitely staying there again!

I can't think of anything that needs to change. I liked everything.
