Posizione perfetta. Host gentile e disponibile e che ama raccontare i dettagli della sua città (quindi anche ottima guida). Casa piccolina ma ben arredata e comoda.

"Séjour trés agréable chez Eustachio"

L'hôte disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons pu prendre possession de l'appartement avant dès notre arrivée. Une grande bouteille d'eau dans le frigo et du lait. Une machine à café avec du bon café, une bouilloire, du thé, infusion et des petites biscuits. Proche du centre historique. Merci Eustachio et sa maman nous reviendrons chez vous sans hésitation.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de rideau sombre pour dormir plus dans l'obscurité car il n'y a pas de volet. Et le lit un canapé convertible assez dur.

Great allround. Considerate host also provided milk, coffee capsules, snacks. Also map of Matera and info on city and area. Also let me check in an hour early and leave 1 hour later. Would stay here again

Great location and super clean.

It was always a bit confusing regarding check in and out times with the host. When I thought we already agreed on a certain time I felt like I needed to do a bit of a chasing after the host. Nothing too bad though.
