I’ve been con.

I have been traveling for 4 hrs, with jam and all difficulty, when I reach the place, the owner just say, I am sorry, I have to cancel your reservation because of bla bla bla…when I try to talk to the owner, she didn’t pick up the phone. That was the worst experience for us, because it ruined all my family holiday. The owner make an excuse that she cannot contact me, I have an email, she can contact me through email. Futhermore, in booking.com its clearly stated your booking is confirm.
