Just ok, very old building

Things are very old

It was near the train station...

The location is relatively close to the Venice bus station.

There are bed bugs in all the rooms. And I see other guests already posted about this. I whish I was read the comments before the reservation.

Spacious Clean Peaceful

Is an old building close to Venezia Mestre Station, perfect for just sleep and dine something.

Ms. Franca was nice and available to support, everything was available in the apartment as was mentioned.

But parking on site is not available had to park in front of the closed door, the building is old and doesn't give you a positive feeling, also the room doors are old and doesn't have any internal locking Options, also there was a door from balcony which did not have any locking option from inside, and we didn't feel safe, since it was attached to another Hotel apartment in balcony. Even toilet flush stopped working for no reasons.

Close to train station

Booked here for 3 nights with my family ( 4 adults 4 children) upon arrival looks was ok but nothing like on the pictures . No Tv , extra bed set up in kitchen , exposed wires in the room where the children slept ( didnt actually notice that until next morning turning the light on ) and the bed linen for the 2 double beds was still hung outside to dry . Come 23:00 when going to bed it was still damp so only had a sheet to sleep with but with it only being somewhere just to rest our heads it would of done us fine . Woke up at 3am to find bugs on the bed and walls further inspection to my horror they was infact bed begs . Myself and my daughter both work in a large chain of hotels in the UK and are trained in bed bugs so instantly knew what we needed to do . I messaged the manager to come to the apartment as soon as she could and I'll give her , her dues she came at 9am . We had caught a few during the night to show her and she did try and deny that they was bed bugs , said she knew nothing about them being there and no one else had pointed this out but other people have also written reviews on the same problem so i very much doubt she didnt know . unfortunately they was wrote after i had booked and paid for my stay . She did agree on a refund on the 2 nights we didn't stay but that didn't help the fact that come 10am that morning my family was out on the streets with our bags looking for other accommodation, we did find somewhere a couple of hours later but at a cost which was the rest of our spending money so had to cancel one of our day trips . It is a shame because the apartment has alot of potential and if cleaned properly after each guest she's definitely onto a winner . It wouldn't even cost her alot to sort the problem out as the only soft furnishings in there are the beds. There is no curtains , carpets , sofas or rugs .
