The room appeared to be in need of renovation. The power plugs for the water heater seemed to pose a safety concern. The kitchen's condition was quite poor. We had booked for four individuals, but the bed provided was a double, which felt rather small for two people, and the beds were uncomfortable. The bar fridge was operational but showed signs of rust. We were provided with four small bottles of water. The bathtub did not appear to be sufficiently clean for use. I would not choose to stay here again.

Not much, this owner really need to invest in some major renovation, because the entrance door is not safe.. anyone can break in during night, since there is no security to monitor lift service, anyone can come in n out anytime. Toilet already run down, looks very old, shower very old type, bed ok,no sink at kitchen, it is at out side, balcony door is looked n close.
MYThe spacious living room, and large bed is more then enough to cater we 5 ppl. The view from balcony is magnificent!! Can see the greenery from the golf course and the blue mountain. It is so relaxing if u love nature. The host is also very friendly and respond fast to our concern. He send his staff immediately to fix our bathroom problem.
All the furniture is old, fridge is torn but everything still functioning. Cozy environment with warm light inside. Maybe if refurnishing the deco and furniture this apartment will give more comfy vibe to the guess.
