Water pressure was weak.

Hyggelig og fleksibel vert. Svært sentralt i det historiske sentrum av byen. Vi syns vi fikk mye for pengene. Kan anbefales!

Velice ochotný hostitel. Při příjezdu se vyskytly technické problémy (za které hostitel nemohl), ale i tak se snažil je řešit do 5 minut od nahlášení. Lokalita v samotném centru.

Slabší elektrické pojistky. Nelze mít zapnuto více silnějších spotřebičů.

Best location ever in the centre of MODENA . Apartment was spacious . Air conditioning was great. TV is excellent.

The balcony in the pictures isn’t really a balcony you can use to enjoy as it overlooks the central building void which is less than scenic

We loved the size of the apartment, it had everything we needed and the kids loved the big screen tv.

The electricity went a few times which was inconvenient as I had to go all the way down to 4 floors to switch it back on. It seems impossible to use the air con and any other appliance at the same time without the power cutting out.

Our stay in via della Torre was excellent. Antonio was an excellent communicator, giving clear instructions for arrival / departure as well as some tips for the local area and help with an accidental parking fine (oops!). The flat is spacious and clean, with air conditioning throughout. It has a well stocked kitchen, with the basics provided for. Two single beds in the second bedroom were ideal for our young kids, and a good quality cot was made available. Whilst on the 4th floor, the apartment is serviced by a good quality lift - again, ideal for our family. You are right in the middle of Modena here - steps away from Plaza Grande, which makes exploring the area a breeze. We would definitely return.

Simply everything. The location, room size, room facility, room cleanliness, and super kind and helpful host. Also theres’s an elevator for kids, elders and luggages.

There can be noise at night during the weekend as the room located in front of Modena main piazza. No problem to me as I can fully sleep.
