L'Altra Modica Locazione Turistica

Ho soggiornato all'Altra modica per partecipare a un torneo, avevo quindi bisogno di un alloggio confortevole per dormire. La camera era piccolina, ma c'era tutto il necessario di cui avevo bisogno e Fabio e Rosy sono stati veramente molto gentili e disponibili sia prima che durante la durata del mio soggiorno.

L'amfitrió va estar per nosaltres en tot moment, ens va recomanar llocs per visitar i restaurants on anar a dinar i a sopar. Per tornar a repetir.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Per l'intero soggiorno ci hanno fornito apprezzatissimi consigli su luoghi da visitare, cibo da provare, informazioni logistiche e molto altro. La struttura si trova nella Modica Alta e gode di un affaccio sul panorama locale. Consigliato!

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The location was ideal and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly and accommodating. The only minor issue we encountered was a layer of dust on the bedside tables, shelf and other surfaces. A quick dust-up would have made the room feel even more welcoming.

Great host, helpful, available at all times. The room was clean and cleaned during the stay. We felt taken care of :). We could definitely count on Fabio's help if we had any problems. It was a wonderful stay in your home. Thank you very much Fabio and Rosa

Centrally located and with the owners' help, we managed to park very close to the property. We had an initial issue which was resolved succesfully and satisfactorily with the owner's help and we appreciate their kind and well meaning action. We have become friends since. Not everyone turns out to be like them and this is something one definitely appreciates.

Slightly small in comparison to previous places we stayed at. Also it would have been nice if there was an electric kettle at least to make coffee in the morning.

The sweet old neighbour lady helped us identify the correct dor. Her vigilance made us feel extremely safe. The place was spotless with a nice view. We also had a parking spot. Unlike the other places in Sicily, this one was very quiet.

We have no complaints.

Our stay in Modica was nothing short of exceptional! Firstly, the city itself is incredible, and we were captivated by its charm and beauty. What made our experience even better was the appealing price of our accommodation. Although the place was simple, it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The standout feature, however, was our host's exceptional attention to detail. The check-in and check-out instructions, as well as parking guidance, were the clearest and most comprehensive we've ever encountered. We were fortunate to find convenient street parking just a few meters away, which made our stay even more pleasant. Whether it was luck or a usual perk, it certainly added to our experience, and it might be due to the fact that it wasn't peak season. Despite not being located in the city center, we appreciated the walk to get there. It allowed us to explore some hidden gems and experience the city beyond the typical tourist spots.

There was nothing about this accommodation that we didn't like. Our stay was simply perfect, and we have only positive memories to take away from Modica.

Very clean. Good location (for us) as close to bars/restaurants used by locals. Also good for downhill walk taking in all the sites with local frequent (and cheap) bus service back up to Modica alta. Excellent communication from the owners ensuring a smooth arrival and stay.
