The place is comfy and feels like a cozy home.

There needs to be more coordination between the owner of the property and the reception. As a frequent traveler, is very unusual for us to get asked to submit ahead of time ID’s or to advice on arrival time (unless arriving really late). We waited around 1 hour due to incomplete paperwork. We were unaware of that and traveling with small children it did impacted our experience.

It is very accessible and walking distance from the coliseum.

The elevator button on the 33rd floor is not working.

Am not a breakfast person so I just took coffee at a nearby coffeeshop. Still, a nice add-on for the stay. Hoping that the property will provide selection for breakfast as part of the booking arrangements.

The residence building seems to be populated by so many students. The elevators were having issues. The keycard do not work at the security gates.

Even the room was booked and payed for 3 visitors they are not willing to check in the 3. guest as a visitor and will let you and your visitor wait in the lobby until they updated their guest registration form via email. Absolute unaceptable guest unfriendly behaviour, for families and business unacceptable. Other hosts in the same house (i. e. PBBY also in Green Residences) are little more expensive but issue 3 RFID-Cards with which 3 guests can enter, indipenfent of their identity. If you want to have the possibility to receive visitors for private or business reasons in your room, better pay a little more and book with PBBY in the same house.
