This place was not recommendable simply because of the bad attitude of the host! Plus, the furniture inside the unit especially the dining table, its very unstable. It is not recommended if you have a toddler because the table can flip easily and wreck all the kitchenware on the table. The host is not very approachable. Just to answer your comments below, just for your info, my kid did not climbed up on your table, it just flips easily even just on a light bump. The NERVE OF YOU to tell me "common sense". Well my dear, I guess you are the one who did not have it since you "imported" (even it doesn't look one) a furniture which has a very low quality. I wish I had take a picture of it so you will see the tissue you inserted below the table to make it stable. You just wasted your money!!! Secondly, we did not message you simply because WE APPROACHED you personally at the lobby which is even better than sending you a message (make sense right? I hope you get it), but how you respond to us was very unprofessional! You didn't even look at my husband and talk to him properly about the concern. You just said OK to him. If you want we can check the CCTV for that. And now you are ranting us about the mugs? Lastly, do you have any proof what kind of disaster you are talking about when we leave the place? Please lay it down by all means. As agreed, I will pay for the mugs but not for the cleaning as we already paid for it at the booking.

The host assisted us well, and the place is really clean. It can accommodate 3-4 pax which means the room is big enough. Netflix and other TV app are available.

I like the location, it's close to the airport, there are restaurants right infront of the place, and a 24-convinient store. The condo is clean and have helpful staff.

Chose the Newport City Chillax due to its proximity to the airport. The room was very clean and modern and so was the entire building. The bed was super comfortable and the shower heat and pressure were good. We didn’t have time to use the pool or gym but both looked very nice! Also lots of restaurants in walking distance! The host was so accommodating when we needed an early check in. We really appreciated it as we had been travelling for 3 days and needed to rest and shower instead of waiting around until check in time.

If your arriving from the Manila Airport and get out at airport terminal 3 it’s actually not a close walk like google maps said it was. We looked to see the “free airport shuttle” that our host suggested but the only free shuttles were for connector flights. We ended up taking a taxi for $500 PHP which was about a 10 minute drive. Then we left from the Manila Airport the next day and terminal 1 that we left from was a very close walk from the hotel which was nice! What I didn’t like about this property was that it was challenging to get ahold of the host upon arrival at the apartment. The apartment has 24hour front desk staff but they didn’t seem to want to help us and acted constantly annoyed. If you don’t need an early check in then you’ll be good, if you have a SIM card you’ll be able to contact the host easily for check in. If you only have wifi it’s challenging to get checked in because there is no wifi in the lobby and all of the restaurants in the area had no wifi.

Great location, plus point that it has netflix. The owner responds right away. It has hot/cold shower. Toiletries also provided.

The smell of sofa cover and sofa pillow is really bad. It smells like an old sweat. The bed sheets and pillows aren’t smelly but you know they’re not new sheets. The electric stove got broken first morning we were staying. That’s the main reason we stayed here, is because we need a place we can cook. I dont think it is maintained well.
