El Tesoro by The Blue Kite - 2BHK Elegant Apartments in Siolim with Pool- 10 mins Drive to Assagao

Spacious, about 15 mins from Vagator Beach. The place was recently renovated. The lighting in the kitchen wasn't working properly, but they fixed that in an hour.

The apartment is spacious. Location is good.

The property L3 images are misleading. It’s nothing like what is displayed. - The furniture is old, chipped and needs maintainance. - The fridge had shelves missing and was not maintained - The cutlery is chipped and there wasn’t enough of it. The pans were not in a good state. - The carpets were dirty - The airconditioner hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Plus one of the a/c’s wasn’t working - The bathroom toilet covers were stained and the wallpaper was peeling off - The utilities in the bathroom had not been filled up - A lamp was broken and a piece of glass ended up cutting my foot. - The property manager called Blaise was absolutely unresponsive and did not have the courtesy of visiting the space when we complained - The housekeeping staff was unresponsive - The terrace had chairs and a table in terrible condition - The pool had chipped tiles - On one of the days the laundry hadn’t arrived on time so we were asked to share 2 towels between 6 people Just terrible overall!

The property was nice. As it was a Villa with two beds and two bathrooms, We could stay together.

It was far from the beach area.

The property is good, just like the pictures. Excellent location, near to all eating places in assagao.

The cleaning service was not regular they did not clean properly. They did. It change sheets even after 3 days. They did not give face towels. There was no kitchen towels if we wanted to clean. The plug points are pathetic. Couldn’t charge phones because the points were loose.
