Fanaraki Beach Studios

3 πάρα πολύ προσεγμένα και νεόδμητα δωμάτια σε ένα όμορφο κτήμα, με εξωτερική τηλεχειριζόμενη αυλόπορτα, πάρκινγκ για το κάθε όχημα των διαμένοντων, ξεχωριστές εισόδους και αυλές με ιδιωτικότητα. Εξοπλισμός πολύ καλός, κλιματισμός, μεγάλο ψυγείο, σκεύη, φουρνάκι, μάτια. Κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στη θάλασσα, πρόσβαση σε αυτην με πλακόστρωτο μονοπάτι, ιδιωτική παραλία με ξαπλώστρες κ ομπρέλα για το κάθε δωμάτιο. Η κα Λίνα που διαχειρίζεται τον χώρο, ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική.

Η παραλία του κτήματος είναι καλή για παιδάκια,τηρουμένων των αναλογιών, είναι ρηχή με άμμο και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο για τους διαμένοντες. Δυστυχώς την επηρεάζει αρκετά ο καιρός, μόνο μια μέρα ήταν υποφερτά από άποψη αέρα. Εννοείται ότι δεν αφορά το κατάλυμα η καιρική συνθήκη, αλλά το αφορά και λίγο γιατί οι ΒΑ άνεμοι είναι μόνιμοι το καλοκαίρι στο Αιγαίο. Έτσι χρειάστηκε να φορτώνουμε πράγματα και να αναζητούμε προστασία από τον αέρα σε διπλανές ή μακρινές απανεμες παραλίες. Για κάποιον που δεν τον ενδιαφέρει να κάνει χρήση της ιδιωτικότητας κ της ευκολίας αυτής, δεν αποτελεί θέμα. Για όποιον όμως κλείσει δωμάτιο εδώ για αυτόν τον λόγο, όπως κ εμείς, καλό θα ήταν να το λάβει υπόψη του εκτός κι αν είναι μετεωρολόγος και γνωρίζει ακριβώς τον καιρό που θα επικρατήσει κατά τη διαμονή του. Τέλος, θα ήταν σούπερ αν υπήρχε και μια τοστιέρα.

Its breathtaking location, calm and peaceful house just few steps away from the beach. You could hear the silence /if you know what it means/

The location is very clean. Have a small kitchen with everithing you need. Small private beach is TOP. . For dining, there are several tavernas in Moudros, at 7-minutes drive away..

The private beach and the quietness ist absolutely amazing. Lina took well care of us and everything was perfectly prepared. We will definitely come again.

The best place I’ve ever been in Limnos. It is a stone house -one large suite with a kitchen side and own beach.The location is quite, with perfect view, near to the most beautiful beaches Megalo & Micro Fanaraki. You have everything you need in the kitchen. Lina, the lady who cares about guests, makes sure you have all the comfort. She takes care of nothing to miss you. She had been bringing fresh fish. Thank you Lina! You have been so kind and helpful! It is the right place to go if you want to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing and relax.For sure, I’ll comeback next year.

we liked only the location

The place is offered for 4 persons, but it's actually for only 2 plus a little kid. It's one big room with large double bed. There is extensible sofa bed, but so small and uncomfortable, that it can accommodate a little child up to 12 years old. We were 4 - 2 adults plus 2 teenagers and the sleeping was very bad. The other minus is that it's only one room (which was shown on the pictures), but still for a long stay (we stayed 10 days) is very uncomfortable. The cleaning was not regular, only if we call the lady, we were expecting at least every 3 days. As a result for the 10 days we were cleaned once and the second time we got beds and towels changed day before we were leaving. There was no internet at all times. (only once for 30 min, after we called the host). Internet is a problem at the island, that's why we stopped complaining for it. Any way do not rely on internet.

Proximity to the beach. Very attentive but discreet staff (Lina). Lina was also very accommodating with our meet and greet as it needed to be late in the evening after arriving from the ferry. Thank you! 🙂
