The unit was clean and tidy. Location was walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Check-in staff members were polite. Overall, it was a cozy stay..

The online reply. I had some queries about the unit and I contacted the property via booking.com, there were no reply at all.. calling and WhatsApp-ing the number that was provided as well did not help at all. Other than this, it was all good.

"Only good location, pleasant stay"

Location: Easy access to everywhere, Nagoya Hill Mall is just around 5-7mins walking distance. A lot of services, restaurants and shops around.

First of all, the customer service is lowest of the lowest standard! You can refer to my attached photos for your own reference. I sent them inquiry on Monday, and made multiple calls to them with no reply and response. Only after couple of calls made to Booking.com, I received response claiming that they had issue with their 3rd Party Application, which I do not recall whatsapp was down on those days. Oh well, at least they have finally responded to my inquiry. I wished I could cancel my stay with them, but Booking.com did not help at all in this case because they claim that they have to get owner agreement on full refund cancellation! They did not even bother to reply via email and booking.com chat! 3rd Party App could be down, but email and booking.com service should be fine! To my surprise that Booking.com allow such irresponsible behaviour from the owner! I will be extra cautious next time when I make my accommodation choice. Perhaps, we were just being bad luck with this owner, and I certainly like to alert all others on my very bad experience with their customer service. I have warned all my friends who are visiting Batam, to avoid this property! Who knows when their 3rd party application will breakdown again and you might be left with no clue whether your booking with them will just disappear? After staying, I should say the property provide all the basic necessities! Nothing splendid! The only appreciation we enjoyed perhaps are few packets of instant noodles, snacks and bottled water provided. Otherwise, the place is good enough for 1-night stay. All the best, Sleptopia… I wish your 3rd Party Application will not have issue again!
