A spacious stone apartment located right on the edge of the old town, perfect for larger families (up to 5 people). It’s beautifully arranged and well equipped (fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, etc.). The host is very kind and helpful — he takes care of everything you might need. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a generous breakfast for the next day, a lovely gift (local pasta), and a fridge stocked with yogurt, juice, and water. Paid parking is available about 100 meters away, and there’s also free parking nearby. The apartment is truly wonderful!

Propriedade instalada num sassi, que é a marca turística de Matera, a torna muito convidativa. Localização próxima ao centro turístico e histórico, e aos principais restaurantes. O anfitrião presenteou-nos com um pacote de massa típica de Matera.

Coleta das chaves, que precisou ser retirada de um cofre, associada à escassa comunicação com o anfitrião, que não compareceu ao local. O parcheggio mais próximo era pequeno, e não dispunha de vagas quando chegamos. Usamos a área livre que fica no piso superior, acessível a partir da rua paralela.

C est la deuxième fois que l'on réserve cet établissement et nous aimons toujours autant ! Un grand merci à notre hôte pour ses explications, pour la facilité du parking ( gratuit et à quelques minutes à pied de l établissement). L appartement est toujours aussi joli, propre et confortable. Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville ! Et merci également pour le copieur petit déjeuner. Si nous avons la chance de revenir un jour à Matera, on reprendra cet établissement !

All was excellent, Giuseppe was extraordinarily attentive from sending adress till all our needs. The place was great, near to the center, clean, all new romantic. Great value for money, would hoose again and again.

マテーラ観光に適した中心的ロケーションでありながら、近くに駐車場もあり、車で移動していた私たちにはとても便利でした。天井の高い部屋はとても清潔で雰囲気があり、1泊だけでなく、もっと泊まりたいと思ったくらい快適でした。 ホストのジュゼッペはとても親切で、アクセス方法、駐車場の場所、鍵の受け取り方について事前にわかりやすい情報を送ってくれただけでなく、マテーラの楽しみ方についてもたくさんの情報を提供してくれました。また素敵なお土産も部屋に置いてくれていました。ありがとうございます！
