The location and the wood paneling on windows.

The heating: going there in December, with outside night temp of 6 - 10 C, it is hard to cope with the inside coldness with A/C fans only; plus they would strongly dry the breathable air inside the house!

We liked everything! Very nice host, very nice, spacious and well furnished apartment with everything you need. Very clean and very quiet. The location is great, only some steps (stairs) away from city centre, lots of great restaurants around. We totally recommend!
