Caffè e biscotti ottimi. Le chiavi consegnatemi in pochi minuti dal gestore, il quale, gentilissimo, ci ha portato i bagagli al primo piano. L'appartamento pulitissimo e funzionale. Tv e climatizzatori in perfetta condizione. Letti comodi. Culla in camera a richiesta. Promossi.

Tutto perfetto....un appartamento curato e centralissimo con ogni comfort. Abbiamo cenato in casa approfittando del market sotto casa gestito dall'host. Gianni gentilissimo e attento ad ogni dettaglio...anche se solo per una notte ci siamo sentiti a casa. Consigliato!!!

The room was spacious and the host was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in the middle of the town so it was very easy to do a sightseeing.

I wish the kitchen had a knife and a cutting board.

Great hosts, amazing location, only a 10min walk from Railway Station in the heart of the old town. Apartment was spotless and well designed. Highly recommend

the apartment is very beautiful and the renovation with modern flare were amazing and done so well. the location is perfect. we parked right in front of the place. The owner was incredibly helpful. I think that the this is great location to stay in Modica. There is a supermarket downstairs which makes it very convenient. I could not find anything wrong with this rental.
