Kitchen facilities were very basic

Our expectations were low, as we are students and paid for a cheap booking. Yet there were some serious problems with the house. It was apparent that the house was not cleaned before we arrived. There were hairs (pubic hairs) in the shower and there were also hairs on the kitches sponge. We booked the house for four people, there were only 3 bedsheets and blankets. There was only heating on the 2nd floor. There was barely any toilet paper, and when we contacted the owner she brought a few in a torn plastic bag. The wifi is really weak. There was no hairdryer, no iron, no coffee matchine, and the kettle was in an awful state as well as microwave. As soon as we plugged in the kettle the eletrcity went out and we could not reach the owner, we had to solve the problem ourselves. In the freezer there was leftover bits of what appeared to be raw meat. One of the pillows on the bed had mold (which is a serious helth risk) and another had a suspicious brown stain. The electrical outlets were falling out of the wall poorly ducktaped to it. A big piece of the wall was missing in the bedroom. The apartment clearly was not fit to be booked, yet, the owner chose to not warn us. If we cloud have we would have moved to a different apartment, but financially we were not able to do so.
