Its close to city center. Host was friendly. Two bathrooms.

Parking space is just for small cars! We were here at 45°C heat, so maybe in normal weather its not so important. Living room conditioner is old and somewhat noisy, in 1st, hottest day, it didn't manage to cool the room, so we went to sleep with our children in main bedroom. Kitchen was really hot, its far from other rooms, so can't be cooled effectively. It was hot even at night. Fridge barely managed to cool things.
