Location, location , location. Lots of hotwater. Quiet to sleep. Basic kitchen supplies and stuff like oil olive, soya sauce. Basic soap dishes, shower and laundry dry. Good TV and internet. Close to grocery, bakery, Cafe, waterfront We were Jan into Feb. It took us 2 days to get the temp up..then all good.

No storage for unpacking for a 3 week stay. 2 drawers, 4 hangers. No closets or dressers. No bathroom cleaners. Wiping up the defrost puddle caused by the fridge. Empty dehumidifier everyday...but it also rained or drizzled once a day. .

L’emplacement, joli bien décoré et bien équipé.

Des petites odeurs d’humidité et le fait qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre qu’on peut ouvrir.

Clean, central location,comfortable,well equipped.

Only criticism would be there was no option for ventilation from the front door as it’s just a door with glass. It’s due to the design of the property but noticed one of the neighbouring properties had a similar design but windows could be opened to allow ventilation. But a minor thing.

Super clean and comfortable, close to the port, ferries and market

On arrival we were disappointed that the charcoal BBQ shown in the photos of the roof terrace was not there! We contacted the owner. He said that there was a new electric grill which was in the kitchen instead of the outdoor BBQ. We were very disappointed because we planned to cater for ourselves and were looking forward to cooking outdoors. After going back and forth Brian re-instated the charcoal BBQ! We also were very surprised that there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen larder, nothing not even a grain of salt. We have used lots of self catering accommodation and have always found some basics in the kitchen just to get you started. Brian told us "that was up to us". We didn't feel that our host handled our queries very well. Also on our arrival Brian informed us that the washing machine was out of action and that it would be sorted within a couple of days, it was not fixed for our stay. It wasn't a big issue for us we just hand washed.

The roof top terrace was q great place to escape from the sun and chill out with q book. Loved sitting in the egg chair drinking a cold beer. The accommodation is tastefully decorated we could get Netflix and is close to super market and the location was perfect being a couple of streets back from the busy area and surrounded by authentic Portuguese fish cafes we loved it

We loved everything the only small derails guests need to know that its a not typical apartment its over 3 floors including roof terrace so 2 flights of stairs n we opened up front door to allow the fresh air in as no windows

Exceptionally clean and organised. A wonderful space that we really enjoyed staying in. The size of the lovely terrace was a further surprise. The location is excellent, a supermarket only 5 minutes away, a baker just up the street and the most wonderful fish restaurant almost on the doorstep. Olhão is a great place to stay, a small town with a vibrant atmosphere but retaining the charm lost on some places in the Algarve. Brian the host was really attentive and helped ensure everything ran smoothly for us. Highly recommended.
