Nena je veoma predusretljiva, ljubazna i lako je komunicirati sa njom. Odgovarala je brzo i izašla nam je u susret sa ostavljanjem kofera u okviru smeštaja nakon izlaska iz stana. Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji u odnosu na centar, klima odlično radi i sve je bilo ok što se čistoće tiče.

Pošto je zgrada u prohodnoj ulici, automobili se dosta čuju u toku noći, pa se treba navići na buku. Ako imate lak san, preporuka su definitivno čepići. Utisak su malo pokvarile "sitnice" koje, na kraju krajeva, ipak to nisu jer dosta utiču na sveukupnu udobnost: fen ne radi kako treba i nemoguće je osušiti kosu njime; peškiri koje smo dobile su bili tanki i mali, a morale smo i da tražimo dodatne jer ih je bilo nedovoljno za nas dve; najzad, toalet papir je bio najtanji mogući i količina koju smo dobile nije bila dovoljna za ceo boravak (poslednjeg dana nam je zafalio).
