Location, perfect located in between Minori and Maiori. Great walking distance between both ferry ports. Great views and amazing building.

Noisy stairs to split level and communication upfront could have been better. Some dirty glasses and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

Our stay at the enchanting Castello was nothing short of magical, making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience. Nestled atop the stunning cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, this castle-turned-hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of the shimmering Tyrrhenian Sea and the charming village below. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the castle’s striking medieval architecture and lush gardens, which set the perfect romantic scene. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, ensuring every detail of our stay was tailored to perfection. Our elegantly appointed room featured opulent furnishings, a private terrace, and an atmosphere steeped in history—a dream come true. Each sunset, we savored a delightful wine or aportivo on the sun-kissed terrace, surrounded by the melodious songs of nature. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. Evenings were spent strolling the charming streets of Maiori, indulging in authentic Italian cuisine at nearby trattorias recommended by the knowledgeable staff. The ambiance was truly captivating, especially as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden hue over the sea. Our stay at the Castello was an extraordinary blend of romance, luxury, and breathtaking beauty. We left with our hearts full and memories that will last a lifetime. For couples seeking a unique and intimate escape along the Amalfi Coast, this castle is an absolute gem!

The location, the view, the modern design in combination with the old building. The terrass with furniture and the view over Maiori town and harbour. Large apartment and ok kitchen Beautiful bathroom. Free parking. Elevator. Good beach in Maiori

Very narrow car entrance. You need a very small car. Kitchen could have been better equipped (salad bowl for example)

Who doesn’t love staying in a castle with unobstructed views of Maiori and the ocean? The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had 2 families traveling together and we fit perfectly. Francesca was a lovely host. Very responsive to any requests. The location was fabulous. Walking distance to Minori and Maiori. Across the road from the ferry. Highly recommend staying here.

The driveway can be an issue with larger vehicles. We had a Mitsubishi Eclipse Sport and with some manoeuvring we managed to get up the driveway. Anything bigger will be any issue. In saying that, walking up the driveway with luggage will be a challenge. Once up the driveway your stay will be amazing. Also note that there is a fair amount of agricultural land surrounding the property so ants will be present in the appartments. The host has tried to mitigate this but if you don’t leave any food out you should be fine.

The location was perfect. Right in-between minori and maiori. As described it is on a hill, so be prepared to walk back up hill, but it is an amazing coastline walk. Clean spacious accommodation.

Only think that could of improved was not enough toilet roll provided, we had to go and do a shop. And the recycling could of been explained as was a little confusing. There was a lack of mirrors in the bedroom, as there wasn't one..

The castle is impressive and has amazing views. The private garden is amazing.

It could be better equipped. Smart tv would be good. And a mirror upstairs would be easier when getting ready to go out.

The Castle has the ‘Wow factor’. Quality accomodation, plenty of space, super terrace with fantastic views. Very good air conditioning. Host was very helpful. Managed the driveway and gate with VW T-Cross. Just needs care. Be prepared to walk a little on the road to beach/shops/restaurants but this was ok and not far. Many people do it.

There was noise from nearby Maiori and passing road which shutters didn’t block out. We were there in peak season though so maybe better at other times.
