Cheap house near the center of the city

The property is extremely spacious. The parking is right in front of the building where the apartment is located and there was plenty of room to park our car. The host sent us a location on Google Maps a day before our arrival, which was spot on precise when we arrived there. We were greeted by and elderly man, grandfather of the individual who manages the apartment, who showed us around a bit and pretty much left us to our devices. Him and his wife live above which was a bit worrisome at first since we were there for a night out in the city, but they didn't complain one bit and essentially told us we weren't loud at all. Lovely people! The rooms, the bathroom and living room were some of the cleanest I've ever seen. It's obvious they've refurbished the place a bit and it looks better than in the pictures. Also, the place smelled really nice! On top of all that, the area around the building is very calm and family friendly, with lovely murals painted on the facades of the surrounding buildings. Very comfortable and safe. With all that said, I'd like to point out that the price is more than fair as well. I would 100% recommend this apartment!

The few small downsides that the apartment has is the lack of some basic utilities. For instance there is no shower curtain, no hook where you can put a towel in the bathroom or a drying rack (at least we didn't find one) for shower towels, so we essentially left the place a bit messy and felt bad for the host and cleaners. Also, it would be nice to include more ice packs for drinks and what not. Don't be discouraged though from reserving a stay here - it will be great even with its flaws. This place has insane potential, it just needs a few extra touches! =)

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden wieder in diesem Haus übernachten.

Da es sehr warm und sonnig war, wäre ein Sonnenschirm im Vorgarten eine schöne Sache. Aber den Vorgarten mit den herrlichen Rosen haben wir auch so genutzt.

Ubytování je na skvělém místě, blízko centra, blízko obchodů a blízko restaurací. Ale zároveň je tam klid, i když je poblíž sídliště. Pro děti je hned vedle domu hřiště. Auto jsme zaparkovali před domem, sice na veřejném místě, ale nikdy se nestalo, že by nebylo kde zaparkovat. V bytě je plně vybavená kuchyně a koupelna s pračkou (tu jsme nevyužili).

Jediné, co mě napadá, že postele jsou dost měkké, na to nejsme zvyklí. Ale jinak jsme byli zcela spokojení.

Lokacija je odlična, stan prostran i čist, dostupan parking ispred objekta. Domaćini predivni i susretljivi.
