Sehr geräumiges Appartement, gut ausgestattet, durch Klimaanlage und Ventilator auch bei der großen Hitze erträglich, schönes Ambiente, Besitzer und Servicekräfte sehr nett, ein Besuch in der Trattoria Flora direkt im Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Klimaanlage hat komische Geräusche von sich gegeben, nachts etwas störend

De ligging was super!

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location. We had a meal in the restaurant one night (definitely recommend), and cooked in the well-equipped apartment our other nights- Spar across the road was massive!

Everything was exactly as advertised, the apartment was cozy and spacious enough for one or two travelers. The location is in the very center of Merano. The entrance is private, going through the inner courtyard of the oldest house in Merano where the trattoria is located, and up the stairs. Trattoria has just been renovated and I highly recommend eating there as I found the food extremely delicious, with wonderfully polite staff. The host Peter was incredibly nice, very welcoming and he made my stay in Merano feel like home. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment for its great host (he really cares about your stay; he's easy-going and super informative regarding the city), spacious and well-equipped living space, beautiful building, and convenient location. There is a high probability that I would choose the place again. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was amiable and helpful, which made the experience even better. The apartment itself was spacious and included an additional garderobe, a feature you don't often find even in some 4-star hotels. It was well-equipped with amenities such as a kettle, refrigerator, plenty of towels, and even a shower hair cap, which I hadn't expected at all. The building was beautiful, adding to the pleasure of my stay. The location was extremely convenient, situated in the real city center, providing easy access to any facilities one might need.

There were a few minor issues, however. There were quite a few stairs and no elevator. While this wasn't a problem for me, it could be challenging for someone with leg pain, pregnant women, or individuals with health issues. Additionally, the entrance to the shower was rather small. Again, this wasn't an issue for me, but it could be problematic for larger guests. I also couldn't find the remote for the air conditioner. (+) There is a trattoria downstairs that I had hoped to dine at, but it was undergoing renovations during my stay, so I had to look for another place to eat. However, since food wasn't promised, this is more of a comment than a complaint. And there was NO noise from the workers at all.

Apartment was in the Old City. Parking was offsite but walking distance with luggage was easy. Property had air conditioner. The apartment is not spacious but plenty for two people . Small kitchenette was a plus for breakfast in a hurry.

The Parking fees . We left our car for 3 nights.

I felt very safe with the beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment tucked away in the centre of Meran. The kitchen was well appointed and a local supermarket was across the road. The area has a lot to offer. Peter was a very helpful and gracious host.

As I was in an inner courtyard I missed the outdoors and a balcony. Once outside however Meran and mother nature offered a great deal of variety.

What a wonderful apartment, exceptional host and excellent location. The apartment kitchenette is fitted out with the basics for a short stay, more than enough items that you would need. The furnishings are modern and stylish, it is quite spacious, ambience just divine and a very quiet retreat. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. There are maps provided along with information booklets. The apartment is in an historic building in the historical oldest street of the city, very central to every thing and everywhere, access is through the front of a lovely trattoria and is located above, security is high. Your host Peter is just wonderful; he is charming and friendly, check in was made with ease, communication was excellent prior to arrival, he's on site and available to contact should you need. I highly recommend a stay here, along with dining at the trattoria.
