* Host: The host was kind, helpful, and friendly. He asked about our needs and ensured us a good stay. * Facility: The apartment was in a hotel building. Check-in and check-out was easy. The internet, air conditioning, hot water, etc. was good. There were things one may need such as shampoo, soap, etc. in the bathroom and dishes, etc. at the kitchen-like part. * Cleanliness: It was clean. * Comfort: It was comfortable to stay. * Location: Location was ideal. It was not in the exact city centre but it is very close to the important places. It was about 20-30 minutes walk to the Stari Most or train station (different parts of the city) and the road was safe to walk in the night.

Beautiful apartment on the second floor of the Huge city hotel, everything was first class host was very kind and ensured that we had everything we needed could not fault a thing and the walk to the old town was a very easy and pleasant 25/30 mins, exceptional value, highly recommended
