The only positive things I can say is the tub is large and it has good water pressure.

BEWARE!! - No local support or emergency number - only a team in the Philippines - Took an hour to respond to a fire alarm in the night - Resolution was to DISABLE the fire system for two days - putting us at risk - Management deployed multiple delaying and obfuscation attempts to deny any wrongdoing or resolution to the matter - Unsafe property manager - stay at your own risk In addition, we had a number of issues with the unit itself: - you have no control of hot or cold - it's a steam system and the knobs have no effect. It's sweltering hot or freezing cold randomly. - a person on the toilet can be seen from the bedroom, it's a glass wall with inadequate blinds - it's bright as day at night in the bedroom due to an emergency exit sign over your bed - there is not enough parking for the units in the site - the pictures are likely from years ago, the fit and finish is beat up Safety issues aside, for a luxury priced property you can do better.

숙소는 깔끔하고 공간도 충분했습니다. 스키 리프트 오고감에 있어 개별 셔틀이 있어서 매우 편리하였습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 응답도 빨랐습니다.

처음 도착해서 열쇠 수령이 조금 어려웠습니다.

Very friendly and helpful Crew from booking, pre-arrivals (Eramie) and onsite (Reena, Pablo, Matt, Ben). Very recommendable. And: there is a new (pricey...) onsen next door.

The weather on the last day and the fact that Niseko Hirafu only let the bayblift run for the full ticket price. Niseko has become and is becoming a very posh spot with a lot of Bling Bling tourism, but the slopes are great, provided there is no wind. It's just the trade-off: great snow for bad view, snow, fog.

Location was good, property was clean and had good facilities.

The pillows were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. All of us ended up using our airport pillows instead. The toaster was very bad and needs updating. Couch too small for how many people the chalet stays.
