Pure Apartments Fife - Dunfermline West

We liked: Heater was on when we arrived, nice after a long trip in May. Very convenient to shops and bakery, nhs.Parking at the back of the property was safe as there is their own corridor. Washing maschine was very convenient after trips aroundand airer was great. They had lots of dishes and cuttleries, chopping boards, knifes. Milk and water in the fridge, tea and mini shower gels was a nice touch! Thank you! Very confy mattresses and single beds had wheels on to move around. Nice towels and linen. Mini fire extinguisher was in the property,very safe touch! Nice booklet provided with lots of info what to do, where to go etc. Thank you!

We didnt like: Cobwebs everywhere. Some spot lights wasn't working. Sofa arms was sticky. Curtain at the kitchen when you pull it down has some cooking marks on. Oven had debris in. Need more baking tray to the oven for a family. Some ants was in between the kitchen and leaving room. Some fragrance need in the porch at the front door to eliminate mild odour. Front door is very windy underneath. A nicer kitchen bin needed as well as we could not see the first aid kit anywhere what was mentioned in the property welcome booklet. It would be lovely to have some foldable garden furniture's and dishwasher/tumble drier but it did not effect us much.

All the facilities were amazing. A Netflix account was an added advantage.

Broadband was a bit slow or unresponsive.

Very close to facilities, three supermarkets. Property was in good shape and had lots of things to cook with, tv worked well and very nice shower.

My wife didn’t like the smell of smoke, which I think was feint. I suspect the heating had been off before our stay so particularly downstairs took a while to feel nice.

Great communication with the renter. Easy parking o/s or to the rear of the property. Felt like a home from home. Very close to local shops and takeaways. Very quiet area.

One small criticism was that we could not get the wifi to work on any of our phones. As we were all most of the time though this wasn’t too much of a problem.

La caldera rota, la contraseña de la puerta al segundo día dió error menos mal que cogimos las llaves de la cocina. La cocina no estaba muy limpia y la sartén que utilizamos, una vergüenza, para tirar. El apartamento estaba muy descuidado La wifi nos dió error pero luego no funcionaba bien. No hay lavavajillas. Vino un hombre a pintar las vallas y no nos avisaron y fue un susto ver a una persona en el jardín. Muchas arañas y no había insecticida. El código lo daban al mediodía y yo no tengo internet con lo que me tenía que enganchar a una wifi para obtenerlo, como si nos fuemos a colar antes. El día de irnos nos preguntaban a qué hora irnos. Vamos que la experiencia muy mal,.una dejadez tremenda, parece que solo quieren el dinero
