it’s very well located and has everything you need to make it your home from day one.

Close to everything. Water pressure in shower great.

the TV didn’t work - no sound. no information left about how to work anything. no kettle, no corkscrew. apartment felt a little grubby. plugs didn’t fit sink. it’s a 2 star apartment which can be very noisy at night & first thing in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable (the best sleep I've had in a while) , the living area and kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Having a bath was a nice plus! There is a smart TV which we appreciated as not speaking Spanish, the channels were not easy to watch...

The street outside was a little noisy at times, although Easter week is busy! Attention to detail could of been a little better, the kitchen was not as clean as it could of been.

no light, no possibility to park on the street, although Angel has been very accommodating and helping us to find a space, plus many good recommendations!

It was absolutely great experience! Location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to historic center. Groceries, bars around the corner. The apartment is clean and cozy, well equipped. Managing person was very kind and helpful. We really liked air conditioning in all rooms. Key collection on arrival was flawless. If you are going to Murcia this is the perfect place to stay.
