Apart from location which is excellent

Cockroaches infested the place was old and none of the facilities really are up to standard I really feel scammed as they charge me a cleaning fee? And the list can go on and on The worse experience moved from one room to another because the place is falling apart

The location, the apartment, the value for money,, the communication with the owner, the helpfulness of the owner and his housekeeper, the staff on the doors, the security on the entrance, convenient market and places to eat out, very close to the mall of Asia with plenty to do and see.

The reception staff and security need retraining in dealing with clients of hosts found them very annoying, dismissive and rude. Couldn't be bothered to deal with queries effectively. Just told you to contact your host or go to the admin office and when I did the queue was insane. Had a few issues with them

The car park so expensive.

Comfortable,clean, everything you need to cook. Great location.the owner was helpful . Deffiently be rebooking on my next vacation to the Philippines.

Nothing to complain about

I felt at home the staff was so friendly I couldn't knock my welcome
