Great location. Very comfortable apartment. Nice and clean.

The towels were a little small but that’s very minor and a personal preference. Everything was fabulous.

Lovely comfortable flat, good location and facilties.

Could have had a small jug of milk and a few biscuits :)

spacious, two full bathrooms, nice large balcony, quiet, two full size beds in the secondary bedroom

the mattresses were extremely soft, I know mattresses are a personal preference but the primary mattress was like a down pillow… you just sank into it, which I don’t personally like and my back hurt the next morning

Tian was really nice, the building is new and clean. The bathrooms were big, the place feels cozy and the house manual given by Tian was really helpful.

1) It is not possible to get dropped off at the front door of the building if your car is coming from London. Only Oxford cars can drop off in front of the building. Our driver had to drop us off in the parkade and we had to wheel our suitcases while using Google Maps to find your building. You need to warn you clients about this situation, because it’s not something that anyone would expect. 2) At the front door of the building, pressing 32, and then the “ring” button does not work. The door does not open automatically. We had to wait outside in the cold air late at night for 20 minutes before someone came out of the building and let us in. 3) At the door to the apartment, the instructions are to “Turn both the upper handle and the bottom handle clockwisely”. This is incorrect. The instructions should be: “Turn the upper handle counter-clockwise, and the bottom handle clockwise”. We spent about 30 minutes trying to unlock the door until we finally figured out (with the neighbor) that the instructions were incorrect.
