Worst hotel. I booked the room, on the day of booking, in the morning, I got a call from the property to confirm that we are coming. I confirmed to them. After reaching near, I called them for the location and they told your booking is cancelled due to non payment. As per booking.com it was pay at property and no one called me for the payment also. Otherwise, I would have paid through UPI. I was with my family and children these people literally left us. Response was very bad, just saying contact booking.com and disconnected the line. Luckily through booking.com, I got another good property.

This bookingwas managed by Suvarna group We had booked this apartment for check in at 1st May . Even after paying 70% as token advance 5 days ahead of stay.and after booking confirmation, when we reached the site, They couldn't accommodate us. To our shock we found that these greedy people have made multiple booking for same Apartments. They arranged an alternative apartment (arrangement) which lacked basic facilities. They asked us to cancel the booking and made us to stay in this alternative apartment for the advance payment which we already paid. Since It was rainy and also at 9Pm., we had no option left. It's high time booking.com should remove this kind of fake listing from their website. also would be happy if booking.com investigate this issue and take necessary action

I Like the sunset from the room

I didn't like the room as it was very hot at night and also the lock of the room is not good....i had faced many issues because of the door lock and that wasted my time, and also i didnt get the support from the staffs on time
